The Belasco does not have its own parking lot. Nearby paid parking options include lots at 1002 South Hill Street and 1017 South Hill Street. Metered street parking is available on 11th Street and Hill Street, with rates varying between $5 and $25.

The Belasco offers ADA seating on the main floor and has ADA ramp access into the building. However, there is no elevator, so upper levels are accessible only by stairs. Accessible restrooms are available on the main floor.
